FloJet Size 5 GPM vs. 7 GPM

Forgot to mention, upright compressor tank also plays a role. Along with making sure piping angles are correct to make sure condensed water in lines flow towards the filters and away from the process, whether that's flojets, solenoids, mac valves, or anything else that uses air.

FloJet Size 5 GPM vs. 7 GPM

Auto drain on the main tank helps a lot. I have the same as you, filter after tank, before flojets, and the additional auto tank drain. I get dry air, even in super humid GA summers

    How to value SS Carwash

If it is close to a zombie and needs a lot of repairs, updates, and upgrades probably will be lower to middle of the Gross Income Multiple. I would try to estimate costs to turnaround and subtract that from your value.

FloJet Size 5 GPM vs. 7 GPM

Greg said it, but I'll highlight it...DRY AIR is super important and will be the biggest factor on how long a flojet lasts. 5GPM easily feeds our 6 bay washes on ant function.

    Rowe BC1400 - Counter discrepancy

You still aren't answering my question. You have to physically count and audit your tokens daily and compare to the cash intake of the machine. If you get $100 cash in, how many tokens did the machine dispense? No one is going to complain if they get extra tokens or are stealing your token by...

    Rowe BC1400 - Counter discrepancy

Need to figure out if your bills received matches your coins dispensed.

    Rowe BC1400 - Counter discrepancy

I was asking. If you receive $100 worth of bills are you dispensing $100 worth of coins? Is your audit correct and the counter is wrong? Or is the counter correct and your audit is wrong? Your machine could be getting strung.

    Rowe BC1400 - Counter discrepancy

Are your bills accepted and coins dispensed the same? Or are you dispensing the incorrect amount of coins for the bills accepted? Also, are you on the stock rowe controls or some aftermarket update?

    Datatrax DT45 for conveyor tunnel

Sorry, can't really help you there. Maybe an independent business or small shop may try to fix it. I watch a couple on youtube, but don't really know anyone that fixes electronics. Maybe an old school TV repair place, if you can find one

    Sonny’s 25hp central vac motor

Are they greaseable bearings? If so, are they maintained with the proper amount of grease? More isn't always better. If sealed bearings and running constantly for a couple years, could see them start to make noise. Either way getting bearings changed before a failure is way cheaper than buying a...

    SS Architectural Plans

I highly doubt there are many recent plans out there, it doesn't financially make sense to build a new SS in probably 95+% of cases in the US

    Datatrax DT45 for conveyor tunnel

Have you considered sending your damaged control board to an electronics repair shop? Maybe easier and get you back up quicker if it's repairable

New Petit install & having HELL!! Need some help

I would check that exit signal setting first, that would be easier, it's just a 2 position toggle switch in the ACW, not sure in the Goldline. But could be incorrect for your application on a used Goldline

New Petit install & having HELL!! Need some help

Another thing to check would be the exit wash signal switch in the autocashier. I don't have experience with Goldline, but with the older brother ACWs we have, there is a switch inside to let the autocashier know what type of exit signal to expect from the Petit

New Petit install & having HELL!! Need some help

Looks like a really nice install! First thing would be to narrow down if it is a cryptopay only problem or if Goldline does the same thing with a cash customer too. That will direct your further troubleshooting. Disconnect all the cryptopay stuff and see if problem continues.

    New coin changer recommendations

Yours looks really nice, curb appeal is definitely much improved with a new changer and concrete work. I got lucky being able to find the controller and wiring on ebay, don't know if a retrofit is worth it if having to buy all new hamilton parts - at that point, I would probably be looking to...

    New coin changer recommendations

That's a nice install, new machine looks really nice. I am about $600 all in on this retrofit, I already had the mars validator and hamilton acw hopper, found a used c2000 controller on ebay and misc install harnesses and hardware. Took about 3 days of my time. Which is worth it to me, as a new...

    New coin changer recommendations

Just an update on this, I got guts changed out of the bc200 to the hamilton stuff. Using an acw hopper and mars validator. I didn't have to move the validator. It all fits, just had to make a custom chute to direct the quarters from the hopper to the coin cup. Had to cut a lot of the interior...
