I was asking. If you receive $100 worth of bills are you dispensing $100 worth of coins? Is your audit correct and the counter is wrong? Or is the counter correct and your audit is wrong? Your machine could be getting strung.

Are your bills accepted and coins dispensed the same? Or are you dispensing the incorrect amount of coins for the bills accepted? Also, are you on the stock rowe controls or some aftermarket update?

Sorry, can't really help you there. Maybe an independent business or small shop may try to fix it. I watch a couple on youtube, but don't really know anyone that fixes electronics. Maybe an old school TV repair place, if you can find one

Are they greaseable bearings? If so, are they maintained with the proper amount of grease? More isn't always better. If sealed bearings and running constantly for a couple years, could see them start to make noise. Either way getting bearings changed before a failure is way cheaper than buying a...

Have you considered sending your damaged control board to an electronics repair shop? Maybe easier and get you back up quicker if it's repairable

I would check that exit signal setting first, that would be easier, it's just a 2 position toggle switch in the ACW, not sure in the Goldline. But could be incorrect for your application on a used Goldline

Another thing to check would be the exit wash signal switch in the autocashier. I don't have experience with Goldline, but with the older brother ACWs we have, there is a switch inside to let the autocashier know what type of exit signal to expect from the Petit

Looks like a really nice install! First thing would be to narrow down if it is a cryptopay only problem or if Goldline does the same thing with a cash customer too. That will direct your further troubleshooting. Disconnect all the cryptopay stuff and see if problem continues.

Just an update on this, I got guts changed out of the bc200 to the hamilton stuff. Using an acw hopper and mars validator. I didn't have to move the validator. It all fits, just had to make a custom chute to direct the quarters from the hopper to the coin cup. Had to cut a lot of the interior...
