I should have taken a video of one of my washes this morning. Didn't stop by yesterday as it started raining mid day. Whole place looked like hell this morning. Tires, mud, bales of hay, dirty laundry, you name it. All over the place. Sometimes you can't even take half a day off.

I've seen way worse. To be fair, you should see my wash after a busy hour. Clean as a whistle to start, and sometimes after less than an hour it looks like a tornado when through. Doesn't excuse the maintenance issues though.

Pump is 1 phase, so no issues there. Funny thing is that the TDS is higher after running through the membranes. Everything seems to be plumbed correctly. I compared it to my other system and didn't see anything hooked up differently.

Membranes are new, so I doubt they are the issue but you never know. The only adjustments that I see are the regulator in the middle and that doesn't affect anything no matter which way I turn it. I have the same system at another wash and any adjustment to that regulator affects the reject...

Good call, I just checked and the pressure holds steady right around 120psi. Adjusting the regulator does nothing. As simple as a bad regulator?

TDS is still at 150. Not really sure what else to try at this point.

Membranes were installed correctly and small o-rings seem fine, but the bottom of the membranes and the caps were pretty dirty. I cleaned everything and am putting them back on. About the regulator, if the product is way higher than the reject, wouldn't that have it not make SF water?

If the other rings look good, is that all I can go by, or is there another way to tell if they are bad? I thought there purpose was so that no water leaks out of the end caps?

Reminds me of when I used to run a trailer park. Found a group of people starting a fire under their trailer in order to thaw the pipes out. Thank God I found out in time.

The only spots I get after a wash when SFR is working is from the water that runs down from behind the side mirrors and any other crevices like the top of the tailgate etc. Maybe that is the case?

If you it is non snc timer you are replacing, it is plug and play other than using a different shelf like PCB mentioned. I got those from KR. If it is a snc timer, then you can just cut off the last two blocks of the wiring harness that go to the snc so that you can make it plug and play. Of...

B&C are good about fixing the timers and they will run you about $100 each to fix. Not sure why you were told the LED-6S won't work, I've put in 4 of them on JC shampoo vacs and love them. I would change all my vacs if I found a good deal on them.

I have had a mostly unattended Ryko Soft Gloss for the past 4.5 years and have not experienced any of the issues that you mention. It does out wash my TF unit, but not by a large margin.
