Do you compromise any cleaning by doing high ph PS, low ph PS, low ph 3x Foam, hp rinse.....? I'd think added dwell time would be great, but wasn't sure if you HAD TO HAVE the order of high ph PS then low ph PS....?

I'd say shave about $50k off of each. Hard to make 50% profit unless you have zero attendants, you do all maintenanace + upkeep / cleaning, & have no mortgage.

Thanks, but I just bought one for $250, which included freight, & it was "working when removed". Unfortunately it wasn't working when I installed. 😰 Randy said a good used one is worth about $300.
