Is the JG tubing better quality than the poly tubing KR sells? KR is not JG it is thermoplastic biologic (TBL). Or is JG the only brand you have ever used?

What would be the best size tubing for Low Pressure foam brush, pre-soak, tire cleaner? I am going to use 3/8 poly tubing for all on the liquid side, was wondering if it is necessary to use 3/8 for the air side though. :D

The 17" SS Wand Holders you get from Dultmeier or KR...I want to run a smooth bore vac hose from the end of the wand holder to the pipe that goes to the pit. I thought a 2" vac hose would fit over the 17" wand holder but it won't. Anyone have a setup like this and would care to share? ::D

What is the most common texture used?

I use a Parker Crimper and crimp my own. 3/8" from pump to wand. Although I may try using 1/4 from the boom down. By the way I use parker parflex 560-6 3/8" hose. I just got a price of 3.79 per ft for 500 ft. reel ! Outrageous, last time I bought cost just 1.62 per ft.

Only one person mentioned using a color other than white. Anyone else used Colors other than white & what color's? Also has anyone ever used FRP over brick? :confused:

Thats why I like to use ss screws and plastic anchors for the signs. I am just wondering if you will have to leave a gap in the FRP around the holes for the signs for expansion, I would think so. Sounds like you've put up a few panels MEP, whats your input?

I'm not doubting you Wally, I believe it will work and am going to try it. I am in the middle of a major remodel and decided midstream to use the FRP instead of painting, The contractor is going to put the panels up, but he doesn't have allot of experience installing FRP, so I am going to help...

Is is the sds drill bits that are like that, I have a Milwaukee Rotary Hammer that uses those bits. Seems kind of a bit of an odd idea since there is no boring surface on that part of the drill bit, I don't see how that would work.

This is the same compressor I purchased from them, absolutely 0 problems since installing over a year ago. Thats allot of problems, I am wondering how is there customer service, did they help you resolve all these issues at no charge? I would think if you pushed it they would let you return it...

Check out the eaton compressors. I purchased one last year and they are really well built. Personally I wouldn't waste the money on a two-stage unless you need it. If your SS only, Single stage would be fine.

Without the glue do you put the rivets 12 oc or 16 oc. A local distributor recommended 12 oc if glue was not used on the panels. How about mounting signs, just mount normally? One suggested putting spacers behind the signs for expansion. Also do you leave an 1/8" gap between the dividers?

Are you talking about back pressure if a cv fails? Can you explain more in detail what you are talking about here?:)

I am going to install with no adhesive. Manufacture recommends using adhesive on the panels because of ice buildup, although you would have less with frp.
