Managed for 6 mths. have been resolving lots of problems but this one has me stumped. air presure at 25 and pump running 50 -60 psi mix in er in 10 15 gal tank with hydrostat 506 red metering tip. Have replaced lines in 3 bays and all bays doing the same. Foam gen new at each bay

High concentrate foamy tire with .5 metering tip model 509 hydrofill valve. All bays controlled by 1 regulator on air sytem. Have turned air off and adjusted little by little. Acts as restriction on liquid side but can not find anything.

Have 5 bays w/ brush system and 1 w/ cleaner going thru wand. Have changed all componets but brushes will not foam.Ck chemical mix and it foams in mix tank. At brush get spurt of liquid and air. Have tried changing presures on air and pump with no change. Using new surflow pump. Any suggestions...
