One thing I am happy about is that all of our CU branches have in lobby self serve coin counters that directly deposit. Sometimes they are down and when they are it is frustrating because that is the only way they accept coin deposits.

We passed 2020 numbers back in August. The first five months we might have been on track to double 2020 but it has slowed in the last few months or so but still a good bit higher than last year at this time. I am also concerned it is temporary.

I am sure as hell not going to convert to anything like what is showed in the videos and I would lay money down that our wash would outperform those in cleaning ability. Our self serve is not dying and is doing the best year ever.

HF usually stands for hydrofluoric acid. It's some nasty stuff. Do you have a two step presoak or just a high pH presoak? You might be able to use the titration kit for your new soap but you need to ask how many drops it will take to neutralize it.

Are you getting your soap from Tri-Valley? If so they should at least come out and show you how to titrate and provide a kit for you to test on a regular basis. I'm not familiar with the water hardness test strips as much but we use the Hach kit #145300...

Last I checked we have 18 grains coming in and everything is soft at our wash except the outside hose bib and for some reason the toilet and sink. We even weep soft water. Maybe our softener is set up just right. Of course we only use typically under 50,000 gallons of water most months.

Do you titrate your presoak?

In Ohio you can't legally do plumbing, electrical or HVAC without a license unless it is your residence. I replaced my tank myself and the state inspector never said anything on the next inspection. The boiler is what they seem to focus on and that is what is registered with a state tag.

There are a ton of "stock" names to choose from. Out of our four wash package names we only found one that is only sort of close. The rest were pretty close but they are kinda generic names in the first place. If you have special names that go with your branding then that will be an issue. I...

They are okay I guess but sometimes they spec out some cheaper things like coin mechs.

It has been four years ago but on our Goldline kit we could not have custom wash names. There were a lot of standard ones to choose from and many were close enough.
