I'll agree that you should have a free wash weekend to promote both. Maybe a new banner for both bays? Put an ad in the newspaper, too. Do some giveaways of vending, sodas, maybe grill some burgers and dogs. Get some balloons. Do it up right.

remove all of the stainless ones and replace with nickel like you had. return the leaky ones. maybe they are defective. I 'm sorry; I know that doesn't answer your question, but that is how I'd handle it.
