I had a plugged inlet screen in the feed tank of my IBA. I drained tank and cleaned it out, and cleaned in-tank wire mesh filter. Pump comes up to pressure but every few cycles it doesn't, like it's starved. Question: Is there an inlet screen on pump inlet that maybe got clogged, too??? Thanks

i use hot all year long. i use hot / cold mix in hp soap, wax and foamy brush. i use hot / cold mix to apply presoaks and foam polish on my IBA. it cleans better IMO so I save money elsewhere.

I bought a Dayton Booster pump from Autowash Maintenance about 5 years ago. I applies presoak and foam polish on my IBA. Replaced a Sta Rite. Dayton has performed flawlessly and was simple and easy to change out. Good luck!

I think mine has a red dot in the middle of the sight glass for oil level. I fill to that red dot. Yes I use a flashlight and mirror too.

Not certain if I was at 50 psi before pump replaced. I do know it would not keep up with demand on peak days and reject rate seemed too fast compared to production. I'm also not sure if a portion of reject cycles back through pump. System is operating nicely now at about 100psi pump pressure...

I was running 50 psi +/_ on both pump and membrane pressure. I adjusted reject and gate valves to increase to: PUMP: 101psi, Membrane: 110psi, Tap: 42 PSI. Max system psi= 180. now testing to see how sfr product keeps up.

I've never changed the membrane. I think it must be time.

I used photo eyes wired into blower control panel for the same purpose but abandoned them once they failed ( weather beat them up real bad). I never fixed it, but I did have it working.
