Many tunnels use prep at the entrance. I keep a self-serve prep bucket for customers to use if they like. I think you have to gauge quality by looking at several cars over a week or so. Many factors affect wash quality; seasonal differences in temps. affect the film left after a wash.

I used 3/10 ths of 1% as a multiplier. Take daily traffic count. Multiply that by .003. That proved to be a realistic number for me.

I'd complain to UPS not Kleen Rite. All Kleen Rite can do is pass along your request to the shipper. They have no way to enforce your request. Each UPS truck is sent from a 'local' distribution center. That is where you call. Don't give up on Kleen Rite!
