I use my same 2 products in HP soap ( self serve ) that I use in my IBA: Simoniz Correct Powder and Simoniz Foam Additive. I also use it in my foamy brush. No scent, but it's hard to beat the cleaning power and low cost.

why not do a real world simple test: 1. wash car 2. towel dry 3. gather one gallon of your current rinse water 4. dump over vehicle 5. allow to dry 6. inspect for spots 7. repeat entire process only substitute 1 gallon r.o. water for current rinse water 8. results???

credit cards are a must nowadays; i don't see any reason not to do that first. i think i'd add 2 more vacuum cleaners, because with 4 bays you have the potential to max out your vacs quickly on the busy days. vacs are high profit margin equipment and very reliable, so it's hard to go wrong there.

I do not have a fragrance machine, but I'd go 'Big 3": Black Ice, Nu Car, Vanilla.
