my original salesman was awesome. i did learn more than him about troubleshooting out of necessity, but that wasn't a problem. he sold his wash and then notified me when the new owner tore out his equipment and had a huge supply of awesome used parts which i bought at a very reasonable price...

i just use the 3/8" rubber from kleen rite; single wire braid i think. replaced one trough hose in 11 years.
