I recently had a 24vdc power supply issue (sidetrac 700). My machine flickered and stuttered on startup due to shorted solenoid coil on 24vdc air solenoid. Cycle the power to wash systems and run a test car and see what it does.

save your hot water use for foam brush, wax and wash. rinse with cold. hot rinse accomplishes zip, imo. however, when customers feel warmth from the wand handle or fb handle, they feel more value, i think. and hot water w/soap and fb cleans better. i just like saying 'hotwax' so i have wax...

entry door has no photoeyes. i think it must be in the operator itself or the 3 button station.

MY IBA entry door intermittently won't close when it should (wash starts and temp is cold). The chicklet relay corresponding to 'entry door close' is lit (LED) and I have swapped out the chicklet just to be sure that isn't the problem. When the door fails to close, it also will not close...

Update; clay buffing pad marred the finish. Could be it was old worn paint, as it did it less to a newer vehicle. However, my clay bars don't mar (fine grade). Maybe there is a finer clay pad as well. More research is needed.

i put the clay pad on my flex buffer and tried it today. it worked well and was quick. however, if the clay material curled up around the edges of the pad it would allow you to get the nooks and crannies better. as it is, some 'finish claying' with a traditional clay bar is necessary for...
