I normally try not to jump on that band wagon we are in a smaller town and Lots of us believe the rules definitely don't apply to everyone but they sure do like to hold grudges where they can $$ when you go over there heads.

The powder is made by Bama soap they are in Hanceville Al however price has gone up to $100 a 50lb box 25/-1 and they don't deliver to my wash. Little bit of a inconvenience.
