True, but that momentary pause after the front roller drops and the vehicle is stationary waiting for the safety roller to contact and push the rear tire will still not allow for a crash.

Memberships aren't profitable for smaller/low volume washes as only your best customers will become members and wash very frequently. Those are the customers who would have come anyway and spent more money at your business.

Impossible. It's a physics/science question. The chain moves all the vehicles on the conveyor at exactly the same speed. Different tires sizes does not change anything.

I've refied my washes several times. The bank always wants a report on what materials you use, and they want a ph1. Never been asked for a ph2.

Not enough vacs can be a serious problem for some washes if the site layout only allows the vacs to be used coming out of the tunnel. In that case, when they are full, people will just sit and wait in the middle of the lane blocking the whole operation. And since they can't come back later...
I'm assuming you were inspired by the Valet Auto Wash sites since you're in PA?
You might want to check out some of the Rich's Car Wash sites in the south. Several have separate polish tunnels that require the customer cars to circle back around to through the polish tunnel after the wash...

$25 ticket is absolutely doable for a full-serve; in fact it might be considered a little low. But you an't really compare different types of washes; apples and bananas.
