A WSII can be used to replace a Ryko coinbox, but it depends on what model and vintage to determine if any additional equipment is required. A quick way to tell is if your machine has inputs for "Package 1, package 2, etc.", you can wire the outputs of a Unitec directly. If your Ryko machine...
We can no longer get components for the Ryko coinboxes, so they aren't supported. I'd recommend moving into a new kiosk platform such as AMP, Unitec, Hamilton, etc.
The InstaGuard would no longer be a PA-DSS compliant solution, so it's not recommended that it be used. Attached is an install doc though that shows how it was installed when it was still supported.
Dirt, those numbers sound high, but as others have mentioned there are a lot of variables that come into play. Machine setup including wash/rinse speeds, how the packages are configured, length of vehicle being washed, etc. Usually for a basic wash I'd expect somewhere around 35 gallons, but...
Ryko also had a deflector we used on the 1/2" photoeyes we used with the ThrustPro dryers. The deflector is about 1.7" long, and a 7/8" ID. It is PN 18804-000. Looks like it's still available.
Just install the photoeyes at different heights (one at 2', and the other at 4'). You will need to angle them towards each-other for detection, but if the receiver is mounted where it's angled downward, it won't detect the sunlight.
You can easily install a Unitec Portal Ti to work with a Softgloss. If your SGMX5 has either an FX3U or FX5U PLC in the control panel, there are package inputs that wire directly to the outputs from the coinbox. The packages are then configured in the SGMX5. If you have an older SGMX5 with an...
Please call NCS Technical Support. They can be reached at 844-627-9274. Select option 8 for technical support, then option 2 for Ryko.
Press the E-stop to try to stop it from spraying. If it continues, you likely have debris in your rinse water valve and you will need to take it apart to...
Usually, and AMTT display doesn't just "go out". Normally, it begins where you will get vertical stripes that are blank, and eventually it goes bad. If the display is completely dark and depending on where you live, I suspect temperatures may be involved. On the display, there is a temp...
If you are getting a rotate too long code, one of the rotate proxes is not coming on as quickly as the program is expecting. It goes into an emergency rinse cycle if it's applied presoak to the vehicle but can't complete the wash. That's why you are seeing a rinse to home.
Please call PurClean tech support at 844-627-9274. Select option 8 for tech support, then listen for the water treatment system option to reach an advisor who can assist you.
I would recommend you call in for service.
In wash count 4861, you had a code 8112 that happened first and this indicates one of the arm rotate proximity switches is "OFF" for 3 seconds. The code A129 indicates the state of the proxes that are on. "A" indicates the machine is not at home. The...
I'd like to get one of the tech advisors to give you a call and work through it with you. If you can PM me your contact info, I can have one of them give you a call if you are on-site
Some assumptions here... Guessing it's a Ryko machine since you listed code 07 and guessing it's a Softgloss machine. If that is correct, when the machine approaches the exit end of the tracks, the front endstop prox (PLC input X7) should turn "ON", then the machine should decelerate slowly...
If your machine has an FX2N or FX3U, please check PLC inputs X17, or anything between X70-X77. If any of those are still "on", you have a circuit protector or current relay tripped.
