Yep, not kidding about spare validator, we have parts to basically rebuild all of our changers if needed. The changer is the lifeblood of the wash - can't have it down for days waiting for parts or stealing people's $. We bought spares slowly as we found deals on good used parts.

Using some brass crosses and tees will get your bay up and back in action the quickest. Can get at any hardware store. Otherwise, that looks like a SS manifold to me, but I could be mistaken.
What kind of machine is this in? For us, if the mei is eating money, it has been that the wire harness slipped out a little bit and is not fully seated into the validator. Or you can send it in for repair.

What kind of machine are these in? Any reason you need blast tec instead of another brand? We have been replacing blast tecs with giant nozzles as they go bad with good results, don't have enough washes on them to know long term reliability still though. But at 1/2 the price, definitely worth...
Low water presoak tank is F30 error. Is this a new or used plc? Is the PS tank filling automatically or did you manually put water in? Not sure how the tank level is measured, but if it's a Madison float switch like the 300s, those go bad a lot, easy and cheap to diagnose and change those float...
We are getting rid of the basic wash and lowering our prices overall, so 2 changes at once trying to build back volume. Someone installed a new razor in town in a wash that was closed down.
