Careful with phase 2 studies, if anything is found, they are required to report, and you maybe required to fix at that point. It's a a once you know it has to be fixed situation, don't know and it can lay as is.
Issue will present itself when people take too long at the vacs, so all vacs will be full and people wanting to vac will wait in your exit lane and block all traffic coming out of the washes. Size of the vac spaces doesn't matter, it's the location primarily and the few available vacs secondary...
This is more solid proof than numbers than can be made up out of thin air - another layer to prove numbers. Even this can be manipulated, but it is more solid than just financials. It all depends on end goals of each operator.
This is going to be a guaranteed occurrence regularly. Vacuumers won't care they are blocking the exit to keep your washes flowing, they will block in a heart beat to get their vacuuming done. We had to remove a few vacuums to prevent this at one of our IBA locations. Ours were on the entrance...
Are you saying your HP pump turns on to push the presoak out to the bay? Do you have 24vac at the meter box when calling for presoak? You need to figure out where you are losing 24vac. Probably going to be a multiplexer or similar like Randy said earlier.
Are they pulse or cctalk? Brand new pulse hoppers are like $100 from suzohapp, not worth repairing. Cctalk sometimes worth repair, parts are way too expensive though
what are you wanting to do with the software? I would guess 99% of self serves don't have a dedicated management software. we use excel and google sheets, its pretty basic stuff
Try hooking a bay hose and gun directly to pump to see if you still have a vibration. This was something I learned from mep on this forum. Quick diagnostic that will help pinpoint your issue

yes, we have some connected in count down, basically set up so it sends pulses to timer like a coin mech or bill acceptor would. I don't think there is a way to keep the different pricing between vac and fragrance/shampoo in count-up mode, but we were planning to do count down on vacs anyways...
Have you tried calling hamilton? They have been good for support when we needed it. Escrow can be turned off too if it's cheating customers out of washes currently, which it sounds like it is.
