I dumped those boards and went back to rotary switches on the location that had them. No more board issues. Electronics and moisture really do not get along, regardless of how well they are coated. (IMO)
It has been a crazy year. Five locations up double digits--- even two locations that were closed for 45 days in the beginning of the pandemic.
Just crazy.
I increased starts between my dryers (some are 10 hp, some are 15hp) to 3.5 seconds. On all my equipment they were starting with 2 seconds between each one. With a meter, I found that the first motor was not back down to regular "running" amps when the second started, and so on. This really...
Thanks Roz for pointing out that analytics fee!! I never even look at my statements; I suppose I should. I just sent them an email to cancel that bs on all three of my accounts. I agree with you about the full page of fees. What a load of crap it is!
My all in average with TSYS is 5%-5.2%...
Just had a ModWash open near me in MD. Their website says they will have 54 locations by end of 2021 up and down the East coast. They spent a $hit ton of money on this location. They must have deep pockets, and know something I do not.
Water/sewer at $10.77/1000 gallons it not too bad. A properly working & maintained reclaim should yield results no different than virgin water. Like John asked, how and where was it streaking?
cantbreak80---Did you just make those enclosures by cutting the hole in?? That is amazing for only 15 bucks! And these have been reliable for you, I would guess? Thanks very much for the link.
td- I am not sure. I did not order one since the LTT is working for now; I just found it on the KR website as a replacement for the LTT. I have an rc800 programmer. If I ever have to order it, I will let you know.
So I found there is a direct replacement for the little two timer from IDX. It is the IDX GT200 for $255. Easier than re-wiring to accommodate the Dixmor unit.
But at the moment I actually do not need it. Everyone should try this fix when a component will not work:
I dropped the timer on the...
SAV-F= Electronic combination super vacuum, turbo vacuum, and three fragrances with bar graph indicator
I think it is listed as FV-3 on their website now. I do not separate the pricing for frag vs vac. It is all just $2 for 6 minutes. I just got tired of people not understanding the...
It is the small one similar to this KR image. Mine does not extend past the metal plate on the right side, though. Already swapped coin acceptor. That is always the first thing to do. When I power back up, it will beep on first coin like it is reading it but nothing displays, then no beeps on...
No removable smart card. This machine is from 1999 or so. Is there a direct replacement from Dixmor? I do not really see one in the KR catalog. Last time I sent something to IDX, it took forever. I see the new part on KR for $426. That is a bit stiff.
The old one I have is not accepting coin...
