Well for 3 years I had no issues with not having a static IP for the DAN. I know you need to have Static IP to be able to access the DAN through VPN which I never used anyways. I did see occasional error on the DAN not being able to see the bays which asking me to shutdown the computer. Not sure...
Hello, I had to turn off our internet provided modem (not the router which a network cable comes to from each bay) few nights ago since the internet was slow and thought that fixes it. Right after connecting the modem back I got an IP conflict error on my office computer. Also noticed one of my...
Thanks Changed the button and no errors so far. Its interesting that the machine is smart enough to not to let customer use their CC if it know the customer can not stop the transaction. I came to know about this issue because customer wont be able to use the CC or our Value Cards. First thought...
Hello, in one of my wand wash bays, I keep getting Button Input Error on the D.A.N. My equipment is from Coleman Hanna and Hamilton Manufacturing. Is this due to the big red button going bad, the button which stops the transactions? Thanks
Hello, I had to remove a really bent coin from this CP900 coin accepetor and now it keeps rejecting two dollar coins. One dollar coins are ok. When I clean it with contact cleaner it works for a few times but then again it keeps rejecting only two dollars. I think I have damaged it somehow.
So you think the problem is the multiplexer? It seems like the plunger inside the solenoid open/close pretty fast so then for sure the voltage coming from this multiplexer to the solenoid is acting strange. Here is a pic of PLC and multiplexer.
Also this morning checked it and its all good. So...
This is a very strange problem. As soon as you swipe ur CC or put coin and the timer starts, the tire cleaner also starts working even though you use lets says Rinse, or even if its on Pause. The solenoid makes a strange noise (see video). I changed the solenoid and also cleaned the selector...
Yes, the Measurement eye was totally off, changed it and BOOM all good again. Good thing I had a spare, also easy to change. I should have started from the eyes than the prox sensors. What misled me was the fact that the light on the 1prx sensor was not turning on when it was in front of metal...
Hi, I got a WW2.0 that for some reason goes to both end of the track when it work and the boom doesn't come down, as if the whole measurement system is off. I get Alarm 100 "Measurement eye was not ON at the start of the wash, check for loose connections", and then Alarm 68,69 because the...
UPDATE: The problem became permanent. I had to manually push the witch on the contactor down for the motor to start working. Replaced the contactor which had some signs of burn and checked it with Ohm meter showing one of the connection not always working.
Thanks, I have not done the X measurement, but its easy to see that one side stays closer to the end track than the ther side so it is twisted.
How do you do this X measurments?
Thanks its so good to know i'm not the only one had to do this. here is a picture of how I have done it.
its springy shape helps the sensor to detect it but my concern is that the sensor failes after few month since it is in direct contact with the metal. after all it supposed to be a proximity...
Hello, I have a WW2.0 from Coleman.
Problem: the machine rocks due to Passenger side front wheel lifting itself up starting ~10 feet from the Home position. Therefore the proximity sensor can not detect the Home position metal and the machine hits itself to the end of the track.
I have had...
Thanks this is exactly what I just did last night on my other pump, worked perfectly, although I still like to push the pump forward like 1/8" (left side is good, the right side only) , but it simply wont move forward. I did not put my whole weight on it, but I think I had enough force on the...
Yes the current is the same as other pumps. And no the motor does nto get hot or making noise...yes I had a guy who greased it 1.5 years ago.
I also talked to the manufacturer, these motors supposed to be greased, only one pump every 6 month
Well the motor tripped again after two weeks. I think its because I have not lubricated it for over a year. The specs says it supposed to be lubricated but it has two nipples. Do I need to lubricate both nipples? here is some pics. Thanks
