    CAT CP 2120 Vibration

Not yet, no fix yet. I only have changed the valves. Based on what I see here I'm thinking to change the seal and see. I'll post an update when I do that. Just few more background info: This is a less than 2 year old head. I don't see any particular issue with the FEED line, unless the little...

Tipple Shine PLC in Coleman Hanna Super Savor

UPDATE: noticed when I touch bunch of wires in the panel this stops/starts. So there must be a loos connection somewhere, so tightened the screws where wires connect. Lesson Learned: its good practice to tighten all the screws once a year.

Tipple Shine PLC in Coleman Hanna Super Savor

Hello, the PLC for triple shine function keeps working by itself. No chemical coming out in any of the bays so I dont think the issue is with one of the keys stock on the selector box. It also goes away by itself if the carwash is open. We have been closed for 3 days now due to extreme cold. Thanks

    CAT CP 2120 Vibration

Yes you feel the hose that has vibration in the bay. when I changed the valve today, I didn't see any washout areas in the head, so I think the head is good and only 1-2 years old.

    CAT CP 2120 Vibration

Hello, I have a vibration in one of our CAT CP1220 pumps. Is not too crazy but I cant figure our what's wrong with it. The head is good, the valves are new (at least 3 of them are, and the rest passed my test, you know blowing to them). What else can create vibration? I cant think of a place...

    WW 2.0 Vibration

UPDATE: Changed the leaky fitting, and it looks like the vibration is gone. But boy it was hard to fit the new part in with these solid high pressure hoses. Thanks again, YOU GUYS ROCK.

    WW 2.0 Vibration

yes exactly, it pulsates only when starts washing back and front of the cars which is from the boom nozzles. Reading what the Regulator supposed to be doing, it says when there is an obstruction or release of obstruction it makes sure the pressure stays the same. In this case when the water...

    WW 2.0 Vibration

Hello, just noticed significant vibration on high pressure rinse when the machines spraying from the boom to wash back and front of the cars. Could you please let me know if you have seen this problem? Is the problem with the Valves (link below), or the unloader (second link below). Or no it is...

Exactly that $8k USD changes to $12k CAD when it makes it to Canada. These Rinnai ones seem to be a combination of both on-demand heater attached to a circulating tank as you described above.

    Water heater recommendations

Thanks only my soap and wax are hot, plus with hot water goes and sits in the tank before feeds to the pump, I never provide a super hot soap/wax to customers anyway… how do I measure what my gallon per min is? I have 5 wand wash each with a CAT 5CP2120W pump which each is 4gpm. So if all my 5...

    Water heater recommendations

Hello Our water heater failed today. It is A O Smith 100 Gallon 199,000 BTU. If I want to replcae it with exact same one its very expensive. The On Demand tankless heaters are alot cheaper. Do you recommend on demand for a carwash? I have a Coleman Hanna Super Savor system which hot water goes...

    Machine moves itself

Update: changed the spider insert 2 month ago but its worn out again. Need to figure out whats causing it. Maybe bad bearing. But how do you check? What if I just stop looking at it? Lol whats the worst thing can happen? Like what if there is no spider insert?

Water keeps coming out from the wand

UPDATE: Changed the diaphragm which is repair kit part#K201N5E from Motion Canada and its all fixed. there is another kit which also includes spring, plunger and stem. PS: its much easier to replace these parts than changing the entire solenoid valve.

Water keeps coming out from the wand

I could change the whole thing although its alot harder than just changing the diaphragm due to the location of these valves at my wash. If you still have the repair kit I'll buy from you.

Water keeps coming out from the wand

I believe my problem is different. There is pressure behind the water coming out and it wont stop until I shut down city water or use the Wax function. Its not just the pressure from gravity from the hot-water tank. When it leaks, water comes through the valves when I was checking them as...

Water keeps coming out from the wand

Thanks Ill find the repair kit. Its part# K201N5E from GC valve. One thing I noticed is the leaking stops when I use the Wax option. I guess that’s because the water comes from tge hot water tank on Wax and it helps to shut down the valve??
