I typically get this error when the controller detects certain errors with the Hamilton validator, typically it is displayed when a bill gets jammed and the machine can no longer accept bills
I am looking to buy 2 used Hamilton Goldlines in working condition to replace 2 acw5's. If anybody knows of any decent machines available, please feel free to contact me. Thanks
Does anybody have any suggestions to make these things dispense bills consistently? We purchased 4 units about 2 years ago and they have been a nightmare when it comes to dispensing bills as change. I have changed the change rule to give $2 in quarters and the remainder in bills. This way...
Increase the pressure to around 55-58psi and see if it comes out better. I have all 3 tri foam pumps set a little below 60psi in order to get consistent delivery.
The plastic bearings could be wearing out that run along the 1" vertical shafts on each side of the boom which can cause enough play in the boom that the prox switches are not seeing the metal flags properly/consistently. Or it could be a bad prox or prox cable....
We are adding stand alone dryers to a location with 1.0's that currently does not have any dryers. I am trying to figure out how the Water Wizard Control Panel controls the starting and stopping the dryers. Best I can tell there is a 120vac timed output from the ZOC16 to signal the dryers on...
Has anybody done this retrofit on a 1.0? I am seriously considering installing this kit at one of my locations to see if it really saves on water...Base on my estimates, it will cost about $4,000 per machine for new spray bars, hardware, and the nozzles. I am worried about cutting the total...
These eyes are supposed to prevent the spray boom from making contact with the vehicle. Boom Safety Eyes....if something is blocking them, the boom will not come down. As far as the issues you are having, sounds more like a worn out count wheel. These are sometimes not easy to identify. If...
Sounds like you have a validator shorting out. I have had some STA validators go bad and cycle the $5 pulse over and over placing a large credit on the machine
I am looking to replace some old Water Wizard 1.0's but my ceiling is only 10ft high and I am having trouble finding suitable equipment that will provide a better wash quality than I currently have with the 1.0's. Anybody have any suggestions? I am trying to get by without raising the ceiling...
I had some issues with a 3 phase motor(control board mounted on the motor) on a Wyndstar door this week where the door was in a bind and caused the motor to overheat. I let the motor cool and it still wouldn't work. I eventually had to bypass the thermal overload connection on the control...
That's exactly what they said at Fragramatics. I sent them a picture of the guy. I put locks through the edge of the machine to wedge the door shut and have had some stainless washers made to go on the outside of the machine to prevent them from prying it up. Sorry I am doing this on an iPad...
Sorry, I had the medico plug lock out. The plug was intact. Not sure I should post these pictures but its needs to know for the other owners of these machines. Sorry I don't know how to rotate the picture
