Just terminated Worldpay account . Got wacked wit $495 termination fee since it rolls over in one year increments and requires 90 day notice to cancel.

Unless you give Worldpay 90 days notice of termination of their agreement which automatically rolls over year to year, they slam you with a $495.00 Cancelation fee.

Seems entities formed after 01-01-2024 have 90 days to file. Entities formed before that have one year. Failure to fie can incur huge penalties. Good news is it is easy and free to file. Have a Copy of your driver License on your hard drive and your EIN number handy before you start...
