Curious... I keep finding myself dealing with Cat 310 pumps that have the seal retainers seized into the head with what appears to be green locktite or similar. The compound is stronger than the brass is and the slotted gaps for the removal tool end up breaking/folding before the seal retainers...
I was recently informed by local government officials that if I am planning on installing a heated slab outside of a building, new energy code requirements mandate the use of foam 'boards' made of polystyrene to be installed on grade and then the concrete poured on top.
While I do not argue...
Our current insurer (state auto) is not renewing us due to a hail damage roof replacement claim, and is saying they are probably pulling out of car wash industry all together (maybe just Colorado?). Since we have been shopping, we haven't been able to find a good option yet. Especially one...
Thought you all might want to know about this: https://merchantservices.chase.com/content/275pricing_cc2
Looks like only avail for existing customers, but not existing merchant customers... However, i am in no way advertising Chase...(using to lever my current merchant service provider first!)
I doubt we are the only one dealing with this bee es... but in the last couple months, we have had a slew of chargebacks from our merchant provider. Every singe one claims 'chip pin liability shift'. And what really peeohs us is that the issuing bank charges us an additional 10 bucks on top of...
Our 2000 Isuzu NPR deisel box truck was stolen without a key on the fourth of July weekend (4th or 5th) from a jobsite in Greeley, CO. While we are pretty sure that it was stolen for the truck itself or for the tools inside, our real loss was that it was loaded with new equipment: Hamilton HTK...

Just bought 3 junk car washes from a bank and are working on fixing them up - so I have no history of what happened. The A4000 controllers were not in the J0 box, but I found a box of 5 controllers in the equipment room - one an a5000 (handwritten 'bad' on it), one an a3000, and the rest...
We just bought 3 junk car washes from a bank and are working on fixing them up. One problem I am having at one location is with a 1.1 million btu Raypak boiler which has the pump and flow switch mounted directly on the header (Raypak factory design). It is used for hot water, and is...
So, I'm probably not the first to think of this, but I'm going to pretend its my idea anyway (unless its a bad one, in which case I plaigarized the idea and posted it because I was bored)...
So what if you sold an insurance policy... say for a buck or two... at an autocashier - conveyor or...
Not sure if anyone out there hates having raw chemicals pumped directly with pumps... It seems to always make a mess, something always leaks, its a pain when chemical runs out, etc. Today, I retrofitted a Saber to downstream injection and deleted all of the chemical pumps. It was a few hours...
