Hello there,
Any idea why all nozzles shoot soap when turned on rinse or any other high pressure function? Stuck solenoid?? or failed check valve?
Thank you
I called an electrician who started unplugging timers on each stall, until He got to the last one; the breaker stayed on for few minutes and I saw smoke coming off the transformer... he said it could take him several hours to figure out the problem. I asked him to stop... didn’t feel comfortable
Before I turn any motor on or start anything the breaker trip, which obviously a short circuit now. I am not sure if the transformer has anything to do with this issue.
Control panels breaker trip after few minutes of usage. I replaced it with a bigger breaker . And now tripped all the time. I tried to see if anything else is connected to the same breaker like air compressor but did not find any.
Self Serve Carwash with Coleman equipment.
Too many things broke down due to freeze we had last week in Texas...
In one of the bays, I have a low or no pressure on soap (usually high pressure) however high pressure rinse is still working normal.
Anyone can help?
Thanks
You need a property/land and infrastructure in order to install your machine, right? That cost a lot of money especially in a prime location.
Also, from an investor point of view, if you install an automatic wash (not tunnel) in one bay, I guess you’re looking to invest $150-$200k, correct me if...
I’ve got 6 self serve bays and looking to convert one of them to automatic.
Anyone knows a company that installs automatic wash and partner up in revenues?
Yes this bar is stuck and not coming out, even if I try to pull it out, it doesn’t come out and keeps the motor running, until I recycle the breaker.
Thanks
Probably so, even though this carwash has the same contractor since it was built in 1997.
The problem is only in one bay, that started couple of weeks ago, and all others are working fine.
I will replace this contactor and see what happens.
Thanks
