So I am relatively new to the business. I have a customer call me and tell me the automatic broke his side view mirror. Fair enough Stuff happens. I asked if the mirror was retracted and he said it doesn't retract. Ok fair enough again. Then I found out it's a 2009 Hyundai. A 13year old car...
I've been toying with the idea of going touchless for about a year now. There is a lot of friction machines in the area. No touchless that I am aware of.
I would appreciate thoughts from anyone that has made the switch .. Thanks in advance.
It's been breaking down alot. Customers and myself are tired of dealing with it. So I'm sure I lost customers. Considering most of the competition is friction I think it may be a good move to have something a bit differant
In Florida where cars are usually not that filthy other then bugs on a grill. If I replaced a friction unit with a touchless would that boost or cost business?
