That was gonna be my next try. It's as of the chemtoical and air or atleast the chemis flowing back wards the pump room and having to flow from paoint a to point b every time
The chemical and the air meet in the pump room and each bay has its own individual line going to the brush. We do have the foam generators right above the foam brushes above the bays. Yet it still takes atleast 20 to 30s econds for it to reach the brush.
Keep in mind I'm 3 months intonowni g a car wash. My foam brushes are doing great with perfect type foam coming out. Yetttt it is taking it nearly 30seconds to reach the bay. Basic setup with air and chemical selnoids in the control room with each bay having its own hose. How can I get the...
Ok my flow jet is set on right at 60psi and the air line going into the line is also set right at 60ish psi. It's putting out a soapy low low pressure mist. I know the chemical is good because I got it from another carwash friend that has it and his comes out crazy soapy!! Unlike mine. It's as...

Yea I've looked up and down that manual and get somewhat the idea of what needs to be done but still unsuccessful. The old pay station the inhibit wires were 9 and 10. The new one goes on C5 C6. Yet the previous pay box was wired a bit different. I'll post a pic of the new pay station were...
Thanks for the help! The automatic has reset but the paystation has not. I'm leaning toward some wires being in the wrong places. The old paystation the inhibit was #9 and #10. The new one says it's C5 and C6. The photos I attached is the old paystation that worked just fine
We just replaced our hamilton goldline in an older oval track automatic. The old box worked for years until the acw got fried. We only have 2 washes on our automatic so keep that in mind. The Hamilton will accept the money on the first wash and let you choose a wash. Once you are done with the...
