Electro switch. I don’t think there is any significant difference between Electroswitch and Shalco. Years ago I only used Shalco and they would work for several years. Now both brands last about 3 years at the most.

Silly question, these pumps can operate on 120VAC or 220VAC. There is a switch on the end of the motor under the cover that needs to be in selected for the correct voltage. Do you have the proper voltage selected? Is this a reclaim pump or a booster pump for the city water supply?
