We have a Softgloss with on-board dryers. The wash works as normal until the point where the dryers should kick in. Instead of drying the car the wash shuts down completely with no error codes. As soon as you back off the treadle plates the wash powers back up. We're stumped. Thanks in advance...

I've searched the internet high and low and can't find anyone selling a wheel scrub gear reducer for a Ryko Softgloss. Does anyone have a source for this part?
