Are there any WashCard customers that have had the same problems we are having regarding blank displays or "out of service"?

Has anyone had any trouble with displays reading "out of service" or just being blank? We have had continuous problems with this since installing WashCard this spring. Thanks

Has anyone had any trouble with lost data from their Express Key System? We have had Express Key for 3 years and had nothing but problems. Technical support technicians are nice but have no answers or solutions to stop the problems. No telling how many thousand of dollars of income have been lost.

We installed a D & H Evo Wash in 2007. Continual problem with water deluting foam brush and clear coat lines. Problem becomes worse when weep system is on in the winter, causing our brushes to freeze, even with antifreeze based soap. Suspect that is water is leaking internally in pump...
