These are the only pics I have on my phone at the moment. I removed the engine cleaner option and used that for the undercarriage cleaner. I split the pump output with two solenoid valves. You'll might also have to install diodes for your soap, rinse, and wax so the power doesn't backfeed. I'll...
Don't get the pre-made packages offered. It's cheaper and easier to build your own. I built my own about 4 years ago from parts found on KR and amazon. Our customers love them! Whether it be winter de salting or mudders washing their undercarriage. it's a money bringer. I know a lot of my fellow...
I used to just use a 2300psi PW I got from Lowes, but it would take forever to clean a bay. Soaks your boots and pants too. I got the Mosmatic surface cleaner from KR and a new 4000psi 4gpm PW, and I don't have to spend hours cleaning anymore. Together they do a great job on the north side of...
I was thinking more of a round stainless disc. Drill a hole in the center for the threaded rod. Then cut curved slots with a cut off wheel and bend them slightly to create a low effect propeller. Attach to a drill and mix at low speed to prevent aeration.
Thanks MEP, years ago I made homemade mixing blades to stir chemical tanks when I worked in aerospace. Since I lack a garage I don't have much materials to work with. I'll look around and get a small piece of stainless and make one and give it a shot.
I use JBS fonic wash, but mostly the rest is KR in the bays. The tire and wheel cleaner is the worst. We try to flip over the pails every so often when we remember.
I stock up on my bay chemicals and some of them seperate while in storage. What is the best way to remix them? I tried a paint mixer, but it is too large to fit through the openings. Other than a homemade mixer that I can attach to a drill, is there anything else out there?
Yes and no. By raising the start price I will increase revenue by .50 per customer as a minimum start up cost and by switching to dollar tokens I will have the increased revenue from lost/unused tokens. The additional time will give some customers the chance to try out functions that they...
He drug it onto my lot and since our fire response time is over 15 minutes, I guided him to drag it just outside one of my bays so I could reach it with three water lines. Maybe it was my old fire fighter response, I just needed to get as much water as possible on that fire.
He drug it about 100 feet just to get it away from the propane tank. He stopped near my back vacuums and I pointed him to my outer bay>I already had my hose out to clear the drain, but it got stuck pulling it out and the only thing I could think of was dousing it with both the bay lines. So I...
It doesn't really cost me maybe .25 cents in power and water to wash it all down. It's just me and my son so there is no hired help to pay to clean it all up. Our motto is "Mud is Money"
Actually didn't damage any of the pavement. When he tied up to it at the low point it kinda lifted it up and only two points touched the ground. Little scratches but my pavement was patchy to begin with.
He was a customer coming in and noticed the dumpster from the pizza place nexr door on fire. It was right next to the propane tank so he wanted to move it away from that to avoid an explosion.
If it's the high pressure functions not working then it's your contactor. If it's closing and your pump does not start, that's your problem. I had one with a bad leg not turning my arm on the auto. Swapped to a good leg after removing the bad contacts, all is well.
