New here to posting but I've been reading an trying to educate myself a bit. At the point where I have a property I can buy, I have already negotiated the price but I'm not sure how many washes to expect, how much the new equipment will be, or if I can rehab what's already there. Georgia Self Serve- lower profits than expected
Purchased and renovated our site in coastal GA in June 2023. Operational since OCT 2023. 6 BAY self serve with cc readers. I was surprised to see our best month ever doing around 5k. Southeast self serve est. per bay- new owner
Hello everyone! I am under contract for a wash in the south east. Great location on a 4 lane Highway. Traffic count 25k. 6 bay SS set up for now. Any one have any insight on monthly gross per bay? Distributor is telling me $500 to be conservative- but this seems low. Best Zach- Island_Landlord
