no air pressure

Ok guys got a tough one. I've been managing this car wash for a year now. I've worked here for 5 years. Previous manager never fixed the foam brushes and I'd like them to work properly. They get liquid product out to brushes but doesn't foam because they've not had air supply. I'd like to fix...
