1" foot Valve recommendations for SS Spot Free

any manufacturer suggestions for a foot valve that strains well - keeps dirt out - for SS spot free tanks? losing prime fairly consistently.

You're not losing prime for lack of a foot valve. You may have a bad check valve, a leak in the plumbing allowing air in, or your tank is running empty. You also shouldn't have dirt in your spot free tank.

Replying to all here.. you guys were right.. it was the foot valve.. wound up going with a 1" Spears Ball Foot valve with strainer cage - so far so good.. Thought I had a bigger problem.. all is well.

If in a pinch, Home Depot and Lowes has them in there section with well pumps.
