2.0 wheel brush motor/gearbox.

Anybody have a wheel brush motor assy for a 2.0? JC is out.

How long that motor last you? I just replaced mine 7/19. Our equipment is almost 1 year. Unfortunately this is not warranty cause they sent me a bill from the maintenance guys $697 for motor and 1.5 hr labor...

Our 2.0 is about 5 years old and both motor/gearboxes have been replaced more than once! I couldnt tell you exactly how old either one of them is. They are just a pain in the a-- to change! Do you do the maintenance yourself or have it all done?

No im too new to the industry im learning as i go. The installers are also maintenance guys. like i said they charge me for 1.5 hrs to replace cost $113 for labor ...i dont mind paying that. It's the dang motor that cost an arm and leg. I call them to do almost everything for now. I have seen them change that motor , and yes its a pain to take apart. Theres no way im gona do that lol. They also changed couple of bearings near the track wheel, and that was also a pain where mounting screws of the attached motor were on bottom side .

BTW they replace our eye treadle with a mechanical treadle. It is worth changing out since we have so much trouble with the eye sensor treadle (well, customer had hard time too). i think they should consider it as standard for future models, saves alot of headaches.
