2013 could be a decent year in the carwash detail and used car business.
Our company is on track to install an artesian well this year. Initial calculations indicate a 3-year payback and very good cost savings after that.
Privatizing a good amount of our carwash water supply is exciting to say the least.
We are in the process of installing a Genesis Cryptopay system in 2 self wash bays. Indicators are a 20% increase can be expected from the credit card customer. Woohoo!
Another idea came from a friend, seemingly out of the blue. It was a recommendation regarding chemicals used in the wash process. His ideas could save 2/3 off chemical costs in 2013! (thanks friend!)
This may turn out to be a good year for the business and we look forward to the coming months of 2013 to see how these ideas work themselves out.
