ACW Goldline not posting properly CC

My Goldline fails to post automatically or manually w/hanheld.

This is a recurring problem.

Cold seems to affect it but not certain on that.

Post manual attempt fails. Cycle power and re-try. Fail.

Call customer tech support. Leave a message. No reply yet.

Performing more troubleshooting, looking at EIC indicator lights etc.

Any ideas here?

My guess would be the EIC is starting to go bad. Also check the phone line

Update; the problem was in the phone line. We had a spare line with female phone connector. This spare line was on same circuit w/CC processing for IBA. The female phone plug had green corrosion inside. I Snipped the plug and taped the wires tight and the problem went away.
