i have an acw that had a cryptopay conversion kit installed about 6 months ago. once every few days it will say out of service with the problem being unexpected coin drop. i did all the normal checks with the hopper and found nothing wrong, i then checked video and saw that the last 2 times it did it was after someone used a credit card. cryptopay told me to look for a loose connection with red/green wires but there wasn’t. any thoughts?
