I have an acw4 with the xe validator. I show up to the wash tonight and my validator is not accepting bills. It takes the tip of the bill, stutters and that it. 8.1 is the error code. I replaced that validator with one that was just fixed and serviced by Changetec. Same issue. What could be happening? Everything else works fine Cryptopay, express key etc.
