Adding Car Rentals to the Wash Biz

A car wash in a nearby city that had a car rental franchise on the property. The carwash owner did not own the franchise, just rented the space to them.

Anybody do this or have had this type of business? Seems to me it requires a small sitting and counter area and the rest (car wash, detailing & parking) I and most of us already have. Seems like a good fit.

If you have the room it's a good fit. We were a Budget rent a Car Licensee for many years. Then Illinois passed some laws making the rental business difficult so we terminated that business.
