Can you tell the age of a pdq laserwash 4000 with the model or serial number? model 96-111-01-155 and serial number 2571000. Thanks

Do you have the JO cabinet? If so, the easiest way is to look inside the door for a white sticker and there should be a date on there. If not, we can do a search by the serial #.

I don't have that part of it. I would appreciate you taking time to find out based on the serial number. Thanks

Where did you pull that serial number from (bridge, pump station, etc.)? That will help locate it in the database so we can find the right machine. These don't generally match, so that is why I ask.

The numbers that you provided do not match how we serialize the bridge. Typically the serial number is located on the endplate of the bridge. If you can possibly get this, we can run it through the database. Thanks.
