Yup, I have one though I have never used it. The key is KNOWING that your motor is out. If you don't know it's out, having a spare motor or check valve is useless. And, as you know, you can't rely on your customers to tell you that one of your vacuum or in-bay dryer motors is out, and suction has dropped. They may drive off frustrated and never return. I would much rather replace 1 motor than 3 motors. I have heard from manufacturers, that though the single motors are more expensive ($1500) they are designed to last longer. The trade-off in quality, safety and convenience are worth it, in my opinion.

I installed the 3 motor setup last week, it works great so far, and I had an hour meter installed. I will swap out all motors once I find roughly that time I will start loosing brushes.

I installed 3 of the 3 motor units at my busiest wash, back in 2006. About a year ago I replaced 2 of the 9 motors. The other 7 are still going almost 12 years later.
