The door is 2 years old and for some reason behaves as if it's hanging up in it's tracks for a few seconds. It's happening on both sides at different heights erratically.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Thanks!

I'd check to make sure your track hasn't shifted, especially at the bend. If you back the air pressure all the way off, and manually push it up and down, you should feel any extra friction or pinch points. Any air leaks from the cylinders? Is your oiler working or could the cylinders be dry? Is there too much play in the wheels especially the lower ones? Has an employee adjusted your regulator down to a lower pressure? Did your main compressor drop in pressure? ...... thats where I'd start :)

Ok
My airlift doors are 8 years old.
Gone up and down 150,000 times
New vinyl arrives tomorrow.
Ordered it two weeks ago
My doors were looking tired then started catching a little
I found that the wind bars had started to slide a little
One went right another to the left
The pins had lost there grip so to speak.
Thus causing some catching

The clear panels were starting to tear.
The doors had a lot of boost put on them the first 6 years
I think it was hard on them
I dont miss using that shit any more!
Anyhow
Make sure your windbars are still even on the ends.
Also check the reloader plastic piece at the top - if its broke then it causes the doors to catch a little when they come down.

Is your door vinyl or polycarbonate?
