I had a guy drive through our entrance
door after he paid for a wash. He selected a wash swiped his card and immediately drove through the
door. Never hesitated and never waited for the CC to process and for the
door to open automatically. I asked him why he drove through the
door and he said he was sorry and that his wife usually brings the car in to get washed. I just shook my head and wonder how some people get so far in life boggles my mind. I ran the
door up and down a few times inspected it for damage and found none. Looked at the customers vehicle and it had no damage. He proceeded to tell me how much he loves our wash and that he was really sorry.
