Alarm 18 and 69 - WW2.0

Hello, Its been a couple of days that we get these Alarms 18 and 69 on our Automatic machine Water Wizard 2.0.
Wondering if some thign is wrong with the machine or its the customers cars. Thanks

Alarm 18: when profiling to front of car, boom safety eyes sensed obstruction. Alarm69: end of track prox sensed on rear boom pass

Alarm 69 can indeed just be a long vehicle, especially if your bay is on the shorter side.

I believe Alarm 18 can also be caused by a car, but you shouldn't see it that frequently. If you are seeing it on a regular basis you need to make sure your that both eyes on the boom are OK.

Thanks Greg, We did clean the eyes with alcohol and we haven't seen these error since. But yes I noticed some big trucks park on top of the rails sometimes, which could be creating this error as well.
