Im getting this error sometimes which says prox sensor on couting wheel don’t communicate properly. Everything works just fine and the error asks for mechanical adjustment. Do i need to just turn the counting wheel abit? Where is the refrence of this wheel? Or maybe one of the prox sensor is too close to the wheel?

I don't have the manual with me, but if I recall correctly most of the prox sensors for the counting wheel had a distance to the flag of about a credit card. you might try checking the distance and adjusting. in other words, where the sensor faces the flat metal piece a credit card should slide in for the right distance. This was just for the prox switches for the distance wheels, not the carriage return.

Check to make sure the wheel is not loose. May need to tighten up the collars or it could be a loose connection on the prox switches.

Thanks CEBO the collar on the wheel was loose, tightened it and we had no issues in the last 200 washes...
