Does anyone have some knowledge to share with the American Changer auto cashier? I purchased a new automatic and this thing was included in the deal so I'm trying to make use of it. I'm having a couple of issues.
First, I can't get the credit card portion to work. I ordered the IP Tran from A/C, and have it installed. I get a message on the display that says "use cash or tokens", and they tell me that it should say something about credit cards if it's working. I also am unable to go to the "setup" menu and select "creditcard". I push the button, but nothing happens. A/C said I had a bad card reader so I bought a new one at the tune of $200, and still have the same issue.
Second, I replaced the Mars bill acceptor with a CoinCo vantage and had it programed to accept washbucks. I insert the first coupon and it gives a $5 credit, but when I put in the second one, it will not read it. I changed the value under the token menu to accept multiple tokens, but still have the same issue. Am I missing some programming somewhere?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
