We have an older md 8001 changer machine works great until we stated to accept credit crard and people wanted to get a reciept.
Reciept doesn't seem to fall down to bottom, you need to stick your finger up slot to grab it.
I was wondering if some type of sliding devise would help
Maybe some one has an idea

alan, i have 2 of the 8001's and also have the same problem. also, when it does drop to the bottom, it is hard, if not impossible, to get out. when i'm there, i often help people to reach the CC slot and then to hand them the receipt. but alas, i sometimes have to ask the driver to pull forward while i fish for it. i tried a triangle shaped piece of sponge that worked ok except people kept digging it out while chasing the receipt and on windy days the receipt would then blow out of the hole. i hope we get a good idea, but i'm afraid we are stuck with a bad design since the chute is so long and the paper curls into a ball.

i maybe cutting bigger hole in face place or
maybe cutting shoot down

here what i did and it worked in testing
cut piece of 3/4 inch pve pipe put in hole where reciept come out, laying flat.
then took a piece of alum flashing and bent 1/4 inch hem to hold it and slide it into the door where the reciept falls down making sure that in between the door and the pipe
