Like Octaform , Amerilux or soemthin like that? White hollow core vinyl bldgs, concrete & rebar filled...
Supposedly can be up & done in 10days or less... super strong, easy to keep clean, can add anything to exterior (or keep white), inside walls are already white vinyl.

I think 10 days for just the walls is probably something an experienced crew can do. That’s to get the walls set, rebar installed, everything braced and square/plum.
Site work, foundation, pouring the floor and roof are additional time.
The crew I use have been building Royal Building Systems (I think it’s called NuWall now) since the early 2000’s.
My building was done in 2004 and added onto in 2018. Guy in the yellow shirt on top of the scaffolding was a teenager on the crew in 2004. He now runs circles around everyone.

How do you repair it when someone hits it with their car?
My dumpster enclosure is built from the same stuff. Kid fell asleep diving past the Carwash, left the roadway and hit the enclosure going fast enough to twist the frame. Only some superficial scratches on the plastic. I haven’t had anyone hit the building yet…
Builder tells me they use extrutec to replace severe damage. I have some vac islands I’ve hit with the plow that I will use body filler and paint to fix this year.

I have a wash that was build with Extrutech panels with poured concrete. I will say they have withstood multiple vehicle hits including a bus and haven't cracked. They are easy to clean like normal PVC panels and obviously dont crack like hollow corrugated panels
