I am in the process of installing 2 brand new airlift elite doors on my automatic bay and need to change a parameter in the lenze VFD that they use to work with my automatic wash controller. Unfortunately they have changed the drives factory password and I cannot access the parameters I need. I tried calling their "24 hour 7 day a week" tech support only to be told they do not check messages to the following business day. So I am dead in the water waiting on the 24 hour tech support.
Anyone know Airlift Doors password to the lenze drive they use?
