Aquajet Soft touch/touchless arm not rotating at rear of car.

Wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction or how to trouble shoot. The Horizontal bar that holds nozzels for both soaps and spray off. At the front of the car it will rotate from pointing straight down to horizontal to get the front of the car. but at the back of the car. It never changes direction from pointing straight down. So the rear of the car in a touchless choice is not getting cleaned.

Any Idea on how to trouble shoot or should I just call in the tech?

Rotary actuator, air line feeding actuator not cracked and leaking control air, solenoid controlling that direction of movement working, would be where I would start.

Wanted to update the group for future people. It ended up being the Rotary Acuator. Service person replaced. It was not quite as easy to replace as I would have thought. He had to apply a little heat to it to get the couple off.

I did follow the airlines and could see they were all good and so I called in the tech at that point.
